This type of development also includes the possibility of making changes to the distribution (except wet areas) and/or installations by the customer, as well as the

The changes required by the customers are technically assessed by the technical management of the works, and require municipal approval. In the event that they are considered

feasible, a financial assessment is carried out. This financial supplement then requires the customer’s signature of acceptance. Only in the case of agreement and signature of the budget are changes considered in the works.

The changes are managed by a technician designated by the property developer, who, after the signing of the contracts of sale, contacts the customers directly, with the advance notice required.
